We want to make dealing with your debt as simple as possible here at AMA so we are continually developing our online services to ease this process. Our customers can now sign up to have their own AMA online account to help them manage their instalments.
The new account can be accessed by users all year round, at any time, on a fully secured website. It not only lets you make a payment online but also allows you to check your remaining balance on demand and in real time. You can also keep track of all past payments that have been made to the account, making it easier to keep up to date with instalments.
In the coming weeks customers will also be able to access our Live Chat feature on the portal, where our experienced team will be on hand to discuss any queries or account updates required such as a change in contact details. Our contact form feature will also be added in the near future so customers can submit enquiries out with office hours.
