Alex M Adamson Achieves Gold Award for Investing in Young People

AMA is celebrating a gold standard after receiving a prestigious industry award that cements its exemplary employee experience. The business has been awarded Investors in Young People (IIYP) Gold status – which underlines an employer's approach to the recruitment, development, engagement and retention of young people.

The achievement adds to AMA's retained Investors in People (IIP) Gold status, meaning the company is one of only 16 businesses in Scotland to successfully achieve both IIP and IIYP Gold accreditation.

IIYP Gold – the highest possible achievement – represents true commitment to the training and development of our young team members and demonstrates AMA as an employer of choice for young people.

Speaking on behalf of our young team members, Alistair Turnbull, commented: "As a young person myself, I am delighted the organisation has been accredited with Gold for investing in young people.
