Where a country is not covered by the EU Regulation or the Hague Convention, service required by courts in that country would be served in accordance with the Law of Scotland. Scotland Other Countries

Where a country is not covered by the EU Regulation or the Hague Convention, service is effected in that country by any competent method in that country. Court rules in Scotland require that the certificate of service is accompanied by a statement from a solicitor in that country confirming that the method of service is competent.
