Appendix 1 to the Regulations prescribes the form to be completed requesting service together with the form to be completed by the officer effecting service.

Huissiers or the equivalent of Sheriff Officers will effect service by the methods competent in that country. Any specific requirements must be specified prior to service. We have vast experience of instructing service in the EU and would be happy to arrange service on your behalf.

Appendix 1 to the Regulation prescribes the form to be completed requesting service together with the form to be completed by the officer effecting service. Those entitled to accept instructions under the regulation vary from country to country.
